New Era Complex is a vibrant, modern community centre in the heart of Accrington. Facilities include a Sports Hall, Function Hall, IT room/UK Online centre, Fitness gym, Music Studio, Offices, Classrooms, Kitchen and Youth Club. A range of resources is available for training and presentations.
The building is a unique multi purpose venue for parties, weddings, exhibitions, conferences, open days training, sports and the arts.
New Era is home to a number of organisations and projects including The Youth Service, Citizens Advice Bureau, Jigsaw Pantry, The Shout Team, The Youth Council, HRVPCT Development Officer for people with Learning Difficulties and Total Performance Soccer.
The Centre has extensive opening hours to suit customer requirements, from 8am to 10pm on weekdays and as required at weekends. The building is fully accessible and additional support is available.

The Millenium Sports Hall The hall is marked out for Football, Badminton, Netball, Volleyball and Basketball. This vesatile hall with sprung wood floor is also used for many other activities, and is available to hire by the hour, for regular bookings and for big events. The Willow Hall This room is an adaptable function hall with the capacity to seat 100 to 150 people easily in air conditioned comfort. It is regularly used for meetings, exercise classes and parties. Services are enhanced by an overhead projector and large screen for presentations. |
Fitness Gym
Equipped with a range of cardiovascular equipment and resistance machines, this small, friendly gym provides a comprehensive workout. Available for individual use or group hire, the gym is the ideal way to start your new fitness regime. More information is available in activities or contact reception.
IT room/UK Online Centre
6 computers provide internet access free of charge. The room is also hired for IT classes and is supported by a number of laptops for larger bookings. Internet access is available in classrooms and offices.
