Healthy Hearts-The PCT Healthy Lifestyle Team run gym sessions at the New Era.  These are open to anyone who would like advice on exercise and other health related topics.  The sessions are on

Monday 10.00-11.00am open session to all

Tuesday & Thursday 10.00-12.00am ladies only

Thursday G.I.G (Get In Gear) Young people referral scheme.  3.30-4.30pm 11-17 years

New Era Youth Club- Young people enjoy various activities including football, pool, tavle tennis, internet, arts and crafts.

Tuesday nights are DJ Workshop nights where there is mixing, scratching, MC-ing and rapping.
